　　郑州官员质问记者替谁说话 组织部干部称管不了

　　“你是准备替党说话，还是准备替老百姓说话?”———面对采访的记者，郑州市城市规划局副局长逯军一语惊人成名。

　　如今，身处舆论漩涡的逯军副局长仍在上班，所在单位称“尽快给媒体答复”，但是一位郑州市委组织部官员却认为，逯军此言属个人言行，只是代表个人，组织部也管不了。

　　副局长“名言”招来批评

　　逯军此语的走红，有网友评价“见过雷的，见过牛的，还真没见过雷死牛的。”

对于逯军的不当言论，资深评论员椿桦撰文称，从某种角度来理解，他（逯军）可能说出了一部分官员抗拒舆论监督的心里话———媒体替老百姓说话，就是与自己过不去，就是与政府过不去。

　　椿桦质问这类官员：你是在替谁工作？替党和人民，还是替利益集团？副局长一句下意识冒出来的名言，将一些官员严重畸形的权力观展现无余———权力不是为民所用，而是为能给他们带来好处的利益集团所用，在他们眼中，人民赋予的权力，只是谋取私利的工具罢了。

　　最为严厉的网友称：“这位逯军副局长可以下课了。”“由此也见为什么很多官员会有意无意、自觉不自觉地脱离群众。”

　　逯军目前仍正常上班

　　1978年9月入党的逯军曾在部队服役，1999年进入郑州市城市规划局任领导职务。按照简历，逯军不应该是如此口无遮拦的官员。因为，曾担任过中共郑州市机要局局长、市委办公厅副主任的逯军，是多年的领导干部，对国家政策了如指掌。

　　记者昨日联系上郑州市城市规划局办公室，这个部门正是逯军副局长分管。办公室一位负责人告诉记者，逯军副局长仍在正常上班，下午还在开会。“这个事出了后，大家都在网上看到了。”她说，“报道与实际情况是不相符的，不过我们局里会在最快的时间给媒体一个答复。”

　　随后记者联系上郑州市委组织部，一干部说，目前部里还没有有关逯军任何处罚及追究责任的信息。不过，他个人认为，逯军此言属于个人言行，只能代表个人，组织部也管不了，国家也是规定言论自由。

　　逯军雷语惊人后，目前他一直未出面做任何解释及道歉。无论记者如何拨打他的手机及办公室电话，他一概不接听。（成都商报）

When we were in junior middle school, we once heard of the English corner, but we didn’t pay any attention to it. Since we entered the senior middle school, our teacher spoke more and more English as he explained the text and the grammar rules in class. And we were often asked to retell the text. In order to improve our spoken English, our teacher suggested that we should set up an English corner. This idea was warmly welcomed by our classmates.

At first we just listened to our teacher speak and seldom uttered a single word. Later on when some bold students said one or two simple sentences, our teacher would praise and encourage them. Gradually our English corner became very lively. Everyone became very eager to express himself in English and the topics of our conversation became wider and wider. After we saw a good film or read a good book, there would be a warm discussion. Now, in our English corner, no one minds how many mistakes one has made in the talk. It is hard to believe that we can speak so much English through the practice in our English corner.

Today, a friend of mine called Li Ming asked me to go to attend an English evening party. I was very happy and went there very early.

When I got to the party at a quarter to seven, I found that there were a lot of professors and students. To my great surprise, Miss Jane and Mr. Brown from the U.S.A. who are teaching in our school were also present.

The party was held in the first meeting room at 7 p.m.. The party included a lot of songs, dances and short plays. All the programs were wonderful. At the party, my friend, Li Ming, sang a song and it sounded very beautiful.

The party ended at half past 7. We all had a wonderful time. But I found my hearing was so bad that I couldn’t understand the Americans very well. So I would work hard at hearing to improve it from now on.

How time flies! 2009年高考中考祈福法会通知

每年二度，由华闻教育首席讲师，首届上海十大杰出青年胡迦先生率高考中考学生前往上海天台宗道场，四大丛林之一的法藏讲寺祈福法会将于二零零九年五月三十一日（五月初八）举行。法藏讲寺始建於上一世纪。一九一八年，著名高僧、天台宗耆宿兴慈老法师受哈同夫人罗迦陵居士的邀请，由浙江天台山来上海爱俪园讲「天台四教仪集注」，听众踊跃，法筳盛极一时。优娑塞沈映泉闻法後，决意挽留兴公上人在沪常住教化，因此，在小南门为兴公创办超尘精舍。但屋小地狭，不便信众问学。至一九二三年，由白龙山人王震等居士发起，购得吉安路与东台路之间五亩余土地，经五年施工，建成了法藏讲寺。他的徒弟惟云法师将他在闸北宋公园附近的「一心兰若」改建为兴慈中学，为社会办学，其中还设有僧伽班，有三十多位青年僧侣在那里接受基础教育。兴慈中学是中国第一所佛教学校，由屈映光、孙科暨范梅僧先生出任校董，范梅僧先生任首任校长。在吉安路创办慈光补习学校，设普通选修二科，免费为社会清贫子弟提供中学程度的国民教育。法藏讲寺原有藏经楼，收藏有珍贵的佛教文物，如古代铜铸观世音菩萨立像，唐玄奘三藏法师舍利塔，明刻版「南藏」全部，清乾隆版「龙藏」全部以及民国年间频伽精舍铅印的「频伽藏」全部。印光、圆瑛、持松、兴慈诸大德及王一亭、戴季陶、李烈钧诸居士所题楹联碑刻至今仍在，大雄宝殿重建时，又一一壁立原处了。法藏寺既称讲寺，以弘法为家务，以利生为事业。每年举办讲经法会，弘扬天台教观法义，革除积弊，不作经忏佛事。兴公亲自制订四项寺规：一、制度，永为十方选贤制度，即兴慈本人的法剃二派，亦不许继承住持。二、住持，德学兼优，行解并茂，修持净土，接引有缘，弘扬经论，教导新学，始能负领众行道之责。三、同住，寺内分净业堂与学社两部。入净业堂者，二六时中，专门念佛。如无是愿者，即不共住。入学社者，以研究天台宗为主，旁究其他宗乘。驰心外务，懈怠自弃者，即不共住。四，佛事，除为施主念佛、放蒙山施食外，概不应酬其他佛事。这四条寺规，使法藏讲寺道风清净，闻名遐迩，被誉为「上海灵岩」，莲风盛极一时。

胡迦先生汉地的皈依上师慧梅法师（原名范梅僧）是中国第一所佛教学校的创始人，上海文史馆特级文史员，曾任国民党武汉政府党部部长，93岁剃度出家，100岁时于释迦牟尼佛涅磐之日示寂，身后五彩舍利分别供养在灵岩山寺，法藏讲寺，并由胡迦先生入藏地修密时供养在理塘萨迦寺住持达洼泽仁活佛的前世灵塔中。胡师早年为慧梅法师亲传入室弟子，曾受上师多年熏陶培养，于1992年起创办兴慈公益讲座，继承光大上师法愿，相信佛佑中华学子，国运昌隆，佛日增辉！

首任校长：范梅僧

律一法师俗名范梅僧，诞生于1904年1月17日，于2001年3月9日（农历二月十五）圆寂。法名“律一”是弘一法师所赐。范梅僧，字明尧，毕业于章太炎所主办的“民国大学”。

律一法师法语有：在平常遇到一切事情都要随缘，随份、随量、随便，随缘不变，不变随缘，无我相。人生一身，首先做到“诚”与“忍”，对任何人要诚，遇到逆境要忍，多做善事。
